TSP Engineering Oy and Viasor Oy, specialists in demanding maintenance, design, and consulting services for industrial companies, have merged through a business acquisition in which Viasor acquired the entire shareholding of TSP Engineering. Both companies will continue to operate independently, and their staff will continue as before.
With an entrepreneurial approach, Viasor and TSP Engineering together form a team of over 40 professionals serving in Vantaa, Lahti, Kouvola, Jyväskylä, and Oulu. Through this merger, both companies will be able to serve their customers in a wider area with an enhanced service offering.
Viasor provides industrial maintenance, service, and expert services, while TSP Engineering Oy is an industrial design office specializing in process, plant, mechanical, electrical, and automation design.
