Marita and Ronnie Weiman, who have worked as entrepreneurs for the past few years, decided to give up entrepreneurship and sold Kaikenkarvaiset Oy's business in a deal signed on October 5, 2022. Vesa and Julia Kemppinen started the company as new entrepreneurs.
"The story of Kaikenkarvaset began almost 40 years ago. We have come a long way and today Kaikenkarvaset's products can be found in dozens of locations around Finland. I am happy that Kaikenkarvaset will get new energetic and enthusiastic entrepreneurs" says Ronnie Weiman .
Marita Weiman reveals that the reasons for giving up were personal. The time is ripe to slow down the already hectic work and start enjoying the approaching retirement days.
"A great opportunity opened up for us to continue Kaikenkarvainen's operations and we definitely decided to take it," says new CEO Vesa Kemppinen.
"The company has a wonderful history and we take the helm with a humble and hands-on grip. It's good to build on the foundation created by the previous entrepreneurs Risto, Sakari, and most recently Marita and Ronnie," adds Julia Kemppinen.
